Click on a workflow to   Compare   one user to another or   Remove   a user from some AD Groups.

  • Red means you cannot add/remove members.

  • Blue groups are queued.

  • Yellow groups are being checked.


Green means you have access to add or remove AD Group members.


Clicking add/remove a group will make the change in Active Directory

The   Compare   workflow is based on a common scenario: make one user's group memberships like an existing user's. Enter the name of a user who groups we want, and the user to add to the groups.

The   Remove   workflow is another common scenario: remove a user from their groups if you can.
