The wgGitHub module can be used to show content of repositories from Github
No special measures necessary, follow the standard installation process and extract the wggithub folder into the ../modules directory. Install the module through Admin -> System Module -> Modules.

The XOOPS community is using Github for storing code and developing/improving core versions or modules
Basically you need a github account to see the different public projects.
As not every new user who is exploring or testing XOOPS want immediately create an account on github, we created wgGithub. The wgGitHub module is only to show content of Github.
The index page provide an overview about all repositories with release information and show the content of the readme file.
Additonally you find links to the repositories and releases for quick access.
The database will be updated with each access to index page.
For access to GitHub you need a GitHub account and you have to enter your user name and private access token in "settings"
