The XoopsHeadline module is used to display RSS feeds on your website. It is typically used to aggregate news feeds into a single location on your website. The headlines can be shown in the XoopsHeadline module or in a block on your site.
No special measures necessary, follow the standard installation process, extract the "xoopsheadline" folder into
the ../modules directory. Install the module through Admin -> System Module ->
Modules. If you need detailed instructions on how to install a module, please see the XOOPS Operations
Manual.
