To use MoonPhase Web App requires a connection to Internet.
Residents of the Northern Hemisphere and the Southern Hemisphere can see the Moon in different ways.
Therefore, solely for the determination of the Northern Hemisphere or the Southern Hemisphere, we use W3C Geolocation API (GeoIP).
That is, the IP address is calculated latitude location of the user, and then the Hemisphere to correct display the current Phase of the Moon.
