Dangerous Option!

On: The new highlights will be appended to the end of the existing file, but the old metadata can not be updated in place.

Off: The synced files will always be kept in the latest states of the Raindrop articles, but this will lose the flexiblity to add/modify the synced files. (i.e. the old file content will be overwritten!)
