Poor people's scheme

POORSKEME

PROJECT

This project was born from anger at having fallen for a pyramid scheme in the blockchain world

Initially, the idea was to identify what and how the money flowed between the wallets

Data was collected from blockchain explorers, and using Python, pandas and dataframes, more than jus the flow of money was seen

Wallets that lost all or part of their money, both in quantity and detail, became evident

Wallets that earned disproportionately, both in quantity and detail, became evident

High percentages of fees for developers, marketing people, CEOs, etc, became evident

Wallets that did not respect the established percentages and timescales became evident

And with all of the above, the present visualisations were created in order to better interpret the data collected, analysed and processed. This allowed more information to become evident and more conclusions to be extracted

DISCLAIMER

This is a young project, started in mid-March 2022, so it may contain errors. For now, it only works with the Binance blockchain

Over time, and with feedback, the project will grow and bugs will be fixed, but it is a personal project and the time dedicated to it is undetermined

TECHNICAL INFORMATION

The present software is Open Source under MIT License

It currently only supports the Binance Smart Chain Blockchain and is under development to include the Ethereum blockchain. The data is collected from a terminal, but if you read this you should know that

The data is transformed into information in the backend where python 3.9, pandas, dataframe, and Flask is used to present the information through an internal API and the visualisations are HTML-CSS-Javascript

SIMPLE ROADMAP

These last two points of the roadmap are subject to a lot of research, but nothing is impossible
