We can do that later.\r\n\r\n- Renamed `MdDocument` to `MdRoot`, in line with our nomenclature\r\n- Refactored how hash headers are parsed. Before, a list of one item was always created, which is... unproductive. Now the parser parses as a live list. This allows us to correctly compute the level of an header.\r\n- Removed a diagnostic that was emitted with seven or more headers. We now create a checkpoint, and parse as a paragraph.
